To find your size:

Take a deep breath & measure your chest circumference just below the arm hole (widest part of the chest for men). This is your Chest width . Refer to the size chart (row labelled "Chest") and select the size that's closest to your measurement. For our preferred slim fit , choose a jersey that is sized about 2-4 inches bigger than your chest. For a standard/looser fit, choose one that is 5-6 inches bigger than your chest. If you wear a chest protector underneath your jersey, measure your chest size with it on. If you are using a garment you have to measure size, spread it flat on a table, and measure its width from just below the armpits from one side to the other. Double that measurement and compare it to the "Chest" on our size chart.
