All sales are final on the following items: Sale items, closeout items, mystery packs, digital gift cards, items under $20, and all special order or custom made items (such as any items with a lead time to manufacture).
Returns (eligible items)
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be new/unused and in the same condition that you received it. The original packaging must be intact. If the items arrives and is not in new condition it may be subject to a restocking fee.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our website such as a valid order number.
Refunds (if eligible)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the items returned.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned / refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly re-check your bank account, paypal, or credit card. (however you paid)
Then contact your credit card or bank etc, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@saintsofspeed.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need a size exchange. Please note: We can only issue size exchanges if the product is in new / unused condition in its original packaging. If you need to exchange send us an email at sales@saintsofspeed.com and we will arrange to resolve the matter quickly. We don't send out size exchanges until we receive your items back first. We require your item to return to us first. Please read below for return & exchange shipping policies. Exchanges may take up to 15 days to process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning or exchanging your items.
Depending on where you live and seasonal delays may cause your parcel to reach us slowly. We have no control over the shipping speeds.
If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service & purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.
