Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday - Friday will ship out within 1-2 business days, unless a custom or "made to order / made on demand" item has been ordered. The posted lead time will apply for all such items. In the event of a discrepancy the lead time posted at checkout supersedes lead times posted in product descriptions. 

Orders confirmed on Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays will be processed the following business day.

Items shipped internationally may require additional time to process before shipment. 

We do not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time, performance of the shipping carrier and the distance of the shipping address from our warehouse in southern California. 

Please note: We are not responsible for lost, missing, or delayed parcels due to wrong shipment or address information input by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an "undeliverable address" by the carrier we may charge to reship your items.
