FRAUD & WINNER NOTIFICATION NOTICE This is a legitimate promotion conducted by Saints of Speed Inc. We will never ask you to pay any money, provide financial account details, or make any purchase to claim a prize. Potential winners will only be contacted by Saints of Speed Inc. or its designated representative using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Any request for payment or sensitive financial information in connection with this promotion is fraudulent and should be ignored or reported.

• Tax Forms & Releases: You may be required to complete a U.S. tax form and provide your Social Security Number. You may also be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and any other documents requested by Sponsor.

1. SPONSOR Saints of Speed Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 2279 Eagle Glen Pkwy Suite #112-447, Corona, CA 92883, is solely responsible for the administration and execution of this promotion.

2. ELIGIBILITY Open only to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) excluding New York, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate. 2A. EXCLUDED ORDERS: Orders placed through wholesale accounts, bulk purchasing programs, distributor pricing, or any non-retail purchasing channels are not eligible to receive entries in this promotion. For purposes of this promotion, “wholesale” includes any order placed using special pricing, discounts, or account privileges not available to the general public. Orders placed at standard retail pricing without the use of wholesale discounts or privileges may be eligible at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

3. DECISIONS OF SPONSOR By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD The promotion begins May 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM PST and ends June 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST. The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about the eighth (8th) day following the end of the Promotion Period.

5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the likelihood of winning beyond the number of entries received. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.

6. METHODS OF ENTRY Entrants may participate by making a qualifying purchase at the Sponsor’s online store (saintsofspeed.com) or by utilizing the free method of entry described below. Purchase entries will receive ten (10) entries for every $1 spent on the product subtotal only, excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, gift cards, store credit, and any other fees or adjustments. Purchasing a gift card does not earn entries; however, using a gift card to purchase qualifying merchandise will earn entries based on the amount spent. Bonus entries may be awarded based on qualifying promotional thresholds as determined at the time of purchase. The application of discounts, promotions, or other incentives at checkout may be used to determine eligibility for bonus entries.

7. FREE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE) To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail it to the Sponsor address listed above. Each valid mail-in entry will receive one hundred (100) entries. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per week. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 15, 2026, and received within five (5) days following the end of the Promotion Period. Mechanically reproduced, automated, or bulk entries are void. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual in excess of stated limits may be void.

8. ENTRY LIMIT Limit of one hundred thousand (100,000) total entries per person/email address regardless of method of entry. Entries exceeding this limit may be voided at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

9. PRIZE One (1) 2026 Nighthawk Titan Go-Kart with an approximate retail value of $7,000. Sponsor will arrange shipment of the prize to the winner at no cost. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other costs or fees associated with the prize not expressly covered by Sponsor.

10. PRIZE CONDITIONS & LIABILITY The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranties, express or implied. Winner assumes all risks associated with the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. Sponsor shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Winner agrees to comply with all applicable laws, safety requirements, and manufacturer guidelines. By accepting the Prize, the winner grants the Sponsor and its designees permission to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.

Additional Terms for the Vehicle Prize: The go-kart is awarded “as is” and any manufacturer warranty applies only as provided by the manufacturer. Winner is responsible for complying with any applicable licensing, insurance, registration, or legal requirements associated with the possession or use of the prize. Winner is solely responsible for all licensing, title, registration, insurance, transportation, and any other fees or costs associated with the go-kart.

11. WINNER SELECTION The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative using a fair, impartial, and verifiable random selection method from among all eligible entries received. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor reserves the right to audit, verify, and validate all entries prior to and after selection to ensure compliance with these Official Rules. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

12. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VALIDATION The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours. The winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and IRS Form W-9. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

13. RETURNS & ENTRY ADJUSTMENT Entry calculations are based on the final net purchase amount after all discounts, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and adjustments. Orders that are refunded, canceled, or subject to chargeback will have associated entries removed or adjusted accordingly. Sponsor reserves the right to recalculate and adjust entries at any time to ensure compliance with these Official Rules and to maintain fairness and integrity of the Promotion.

14. ENTRANT VERIFICATION Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to request proof of identity, residency, or compliance with these Official Rules. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification.

15. DISQUALIFICATION Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, engages in fraudulent activity, or acts in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. TECHNICAL FAILURES Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries due to technical failures, network interruptions, human error, system malfunctions, or unauthorized human intervention, including but not limited to hacking, tampering, or fraud. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical, printing, or other errors in the administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prize.

17. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if any issue arises that compromises the integrity, fairness, or proper operation of the promotion.

18. PRIVACY Information collected from entrants will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and may also be used for marketing purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy. By entering, participants consent to such use.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to participation in the promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants further agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

20. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. By entering, entrants irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California for any dispute arising out of or relating to this promotion.

21. WINNER LIST To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor within sixty (60) days following the drawing date.

22. ENTRY IDENTITY In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry.

23. MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMER The Grand Prize is a 2026 Nighthawk Titan Go-Kart manufactured and sold by GoKartGod. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with GoKartGod. GoKartGod is not a sponsor or participant in this sweepstakes.
